This cozy holiday flat is situated in Upper Sennen village, which lies just 8 miles (15 min drive) west of Penzance and just 1 mile from Lands' End. Fishing Buoy flat lies within the grounds of a converted farmhouse and several granite barn flats.

The holiday let available is a two bed flat located on the first floor with external wooden steps, festooned with fishing buoys, leading upto the front door.

The front door leads you into a comfortable sitting area with part exposed granite walls and exposed beams. A nice focal point is the wood burning stove. Other features of the room include a bed settee (sleeps 2), a large armchair, a television, dvd player, video recorder and a stereo (a selection of cds are provided for your use).

Open stairs lead from the sitting room to a mezzanine level. This is the main sleeping area with a double mattress and desk area.

Directly below the mezzanine is a small bedroom which sleeps one child. A guest bed for one other child can be booked at extra cost. There is also has a large desk and shelving area.

Off the sitting room you'll find a charming kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools for two. The kitchen has all amenities necessary for self catering. It features a washing machine, cooker, and fridge freezer. Basic cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided. The bathroom, also off the sitting room, has both bath and electric shower.

Outside the barn is a small garden with driftwood furniture. A shed contains firewood and kindling for the stove.
